Default PXE Boot Debian IA64

Hi,
I m able to setup a i386 PXE source for Debian 4.0. I download netboot.tar.gz and untar it in my TFTP directory and all works great. The IA64 netboot.tar.gz is missing a few file such as pxelinux.0 and pxelinux.cfg I would very much like to get the 64 bit version running, does anyone know how I can get this missing files or download the proper source??

Thanks,
Chris
