Default Backup ispconfig, change ip and new install

Hi all:
I have Open Suse Linux 10.1, Ispconfig 2.2.12 and public ip.
I need know how to backup all sites (with mails), all isp, install from zero and reinstall with new public ip.
When i tried install ispconfig in opensuse 10.2, cannot run php scripts. I used perfect setup for open suse 10.2
