Default cannot assign MySQL databases

I've create an user with a domain an website without having the right to use databases. No I wanted to give him the right to create one mysql database by enabling " MySQL:" = "yes" in ISPConfig Manager but I get this error:

How can I enable mysql after I've created a web without mysql?

Have you allowed mysql databases for the reseller and the website?
