Ispconfig Installation Problems

First off everything seems fine but than by the installation heres the output:

You have an older kernel or a custom kernel that lacks support of iptables. Updating your kernel will help.

Don't know why you chose the Strato setup, but if you have the possibility, I'd install a more recent distro version from scratch. Seems like Strato has done some stripping of 'basic' packages. Straight Debian Sarge or Ubuntu will have iptables by default.

i'm having the same error installing ubuntu 7.04 on a xen virtual server, any ideas?

Please make sure that iptables is compiled into your kernel and that the iptables package for your kernel is installed.
