You will have to register the domain at a domain registry and either let them manage the DNS entrys so you will have an A record for pointing to the IP or you set your server as authoritive nameserver for and add a SOA for in the ISPCOnfig DNS Manager.

Currently the domain is not reachable at all in DNS (from Germany).
