The above output looks as ISPConfig is trying to update a installation and not to install a new one. If you executed the ISPConfig installer more then once, please make sure that you delete the directories /home/admispconfig and /root/ispconfig as well as the ispconfig database before you run the installer again. You must use the mysql root user to install ispconfig and the database that you want to use for ispconfig should not exist before you run the installer.
Please uninstall and reinstall ISPConfig.
