Default Transaction error Perfect FC6 setup

At step 6 where you run yum install, I am getting an error.

Code:
# yum install fetchmail wget bzip2 unzip zip nmap openssl ly nx fileutils ncftp gcc gcc-c++

I did everything in the how to, the only two exceptions are I need a few other packages for other programs, and forgot to check the FTP one. One other thing is I didn't use logical volumes, I want the base OS on raid 1, with the DB and other on Raid 5. When I first ran the command I got an error regarding a dependency missing, I ran it again and got the above error. Rebooted, ran it again and same error.
