I have followed the instruction in that topic and the error still remains - as well as the huge error log.

Most errors are like this:

1) an unknown filter was not added: PHP
2) PHP: Error parsing /etc/php5/apache2/php.ini on line 1164

Attached is the mentioned php.ini file.
