Thanks Falko and Till, it's fixed, ok now, SQL starts without error.
I did this (chmod 755 /) and the (ls -la /) is now ok.
drwxr-xr-x 23 root root 4096 Apr 28 20:24 .
drwxr-xr-x 23 root root 4096 Apr 28 20:24 ..
