Default Running Behind Firewall

Hi,

I'm running my ISPconfig server behind firewall, for two days it is running completely fine. but after subscribing to newsletter@ispconfig.org my ISPconfig server no longer receives mail. i tried to send mail from outside to my ISPconfig server but the mail bounces back and says:

Hi. This is the qmail-send program at someotherdomain.com.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following
addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

<name@somedomain.com>:
x.x.x.x does not like recipient.
Remote host said: 554 <name@somedomain.com>: Relay access denied
Giving up on x.x.x.x.

SPAMASSASIN considered this as SPAM:

From:newsletter@ispconfig.org
To:name@somedomain.com
Subject:***SPAM*** [ISPConfig] subcription confirmation -SCOxx:xxxxxxx

Content analysis details: (5.6 points, 5.0 required)

pts rule name description
---- ---------------------- --------------------------------------------------
0.2 NO_REAL_NAME From: does not include a real name
0.1 FORGED_RCVD_HELO Received: contains a forged HELO
1.7 MSGID_FROM_MTA_ID Message-Id for external message added locally
1.1 SUBJ_HAS_UNIQ_ID Subject contains a unique ID
2.5 RCVD_IN_XBL RBL: Received via a relay in Spamhaus XBL
[x.x.x.x listed in sbl-xbl.spamhaus.org]

x.x.x.x is my firewall's IP
does my IP address is now listed in blocklist of spamhaus.org?
if so how can I unblock my IP address?
is there a way to add my firewall's IP to whitelist?
should i tweak my ISPConfig server to run behind firewall?
