Do you get an error when you execute these commands as root on the shell:

rm -f /home/admispconfig/ispconfig/.run
rm -f /home/admispconfig/ispconfig/.run2
/root/ispconfig/php/php -q /root/ispconfig/scripts/writeconf.php
