Jeah it is resolv.conf. But it copied files to chroot env so it's correct there and typo on here. So still problem.

edit:
got it working. man nsswitch.conf did the trick . at the end of the manual there are bunch of libraries nss needs. copyed these to the chroot env and working flawlessly.
