Default ISPConfig- Jailkit stoped working after Wheezy upgrade

Hello!

Please help!
Upgraded Debian Squeeze To Wheezy from this how to. Everything looks fine but Jailkit in ispconfig no longer working.
I've reinstalled to latest jailkit 2.16, then reconfigured services ISPConfig 3.0.5.2 with update.php .
Created a new user with shh, new site and a new shell user.
When trying sftp
FileZilla drops connectin-
