Default Why not configure phpmyadmin with dbconfig-common?
On this page in this howto guide: The Perfect Server - Debian Squeeze (Debian 6.0) With BIND & Courier [ISPConfig 3]

After configuring apache2, there is a line that says: "Configure database for phpmyadmin with dbconfig-common? <-- No"

Why is the answer No?
