Default Postfix and ISPConfig


I have a problem.
We have ISPCOnfig on a CentOS 6.3-Server.
We have added email-domains and made the mailboxes.
If I send a mail, it were bounce because they donít know the user

but when I send to the FQDN from the ISPConfig-Server, they accept the mail
