Normally not. But you can try to replace the symlink with the cert:

Try this:

rm /etc/ssl/private/pure-ftpd.pem
cp -pf /usr/local/ispconfig/interface/ssl/ispserver.pem /etc/ssl/private/pure-ftpd.pem

and restart pure-ftpd.
