The featues are the same on all linux distributions. The main problem with centos is that it has no central package repository like debian and using several external repos will cause conflicts over the time and yum destroys or overwrites sometimes config files when it installs updates so that services will fail until you fix that, this wont happen on debian or ubuntu. So there are no features missing in ispconfig, the problem is just that you will get problems with centos packages updates sooner or later or when you have to update centos to the next major version. And ispconfig is developed on debian, so it is the most stable and tested distribution for ispconfig, when you use centos, then its more likely that you encounter a issue.
