I'm experiencing exactly this!

When I did insserv php-5.3.18-fpm, I got something as insserv command not found.

So, I did ln -s /usr/lib/insserv/insserv /sbin/insserv

and then I re-executed the insserv command for php-5.8.18-fpm again, but I got a lot of error relate to how this script isn't working with upstart or something like that.

Does anyone else know how to solve this bug?
