Fedora is not supported anymore as they changed their init system in a way that its not compatible with ispconfig. We might add support for fedora again in a future version. Fedora is the testbed from redhat for new developments, so its not optimal for servers anyway. If you search for a redhat based linux distribution for servers you might want to take a look at centos.
