I run ntpdate pool.ntp.org, but it did not solved problem.
But I run
root@srv1:~# ntpdate microsoft.com
17 Jul 17:15:29 ntpdate: the NTP socket is in use, exiting
root@srv1:~# service dovecot restart
Restarting IMAP/POP3 mail server: dovecot.
And it was helped me. As you can see dovecot started successfully.
Maybe problem was in geo timezones. My server is situated in Pheonix, USA.
