The debian vlogger will not work as it can cause apache to hang sometimes, the ispconfig version is patched in this regard. But you can install vlogger from debian to get all dependencies installed. Just ensure that the debian vlogger is not used anywhere in the apache config files.

So run:

apt-get install vlogger

to get all dependencies installed. Seems as if the vlogger config file is broken on your server, take a look into the file /etc/vlogger-dbi.conf and ensure that the password for the mysql user "ispconfig" in that file is the smame then the one that you find in the file /usr/local/ispconfig/server/lib/config.inc.php
