well, currently we do it manually in apache:

<VirtualHost 192.168.3.4>

CustomLog /var/log/httpd/redirect-access.log combined
ErrorLog /var/log/httpd/redirect-error.log
</VirtualHost>

... and this is what I try to also solve directly in ISPConfig. The "only redirect to directories" is, AFAIK, not an Apache rule.
