Yes the domain exists in /etc/postfix/local-hostnames and the recipient email address is listed in /etc/postfix/virtusertable.

Hmmm well the to address is the same in both instances but there is no orig_to=<email_address> now in the maillogs for the messages not being picked up by procmail?

Procmail is not invoked and the messages are sent to the relay_address where they get lost. As I mentioned I made absolutely no changes to the server - it just started happening
