Default How to Change Hostname for AMAVISD-NEW

I just got a bounce back for an email that I mis-spelt the recepiant. My FQDM is webster.trickhosting.biz and running the hostname comand show's correct. Also the Host file is correct. I am unsure why it says webster.trickhosting.net Can someone direct me in the right place.
