Default Ok did that

when I try to go to Http:// I still get the 404 error,

but if I go to Http:// I get a 403 error

I am not sure what this means but I find it interesting, for some reason I don't seem to have permission to use this directory

my php stuff works , I am taking a course in php and it works, go figure
