1617MB is used as cache. 0MB of swap is used. So in Windows-terms only 431MB is in use.
There is absolutely no reason to have free, unused RAM. In Linux it is very normal to use any available RAM for something usefull, in this case as cache.
You should worry your memory usage only when amount of swap in use is constantly significant number.
