Default sneaking suspicion my postfix config has gone awry

I am getting a relay denied error in postfix when attempting to send emails to the outside world. I believe I have followed the perfect server guide for centos 5.2 to the letter. I've enabled verbose logging in the master.cf, but it doesn't elude to anything specific that is wrong.

Here is a snippet:

Code:

I've have googled many search terms in attempt to find out what is wrong. Some of the sample main.cf I've found seem to relate more the ISPConfig 2 rather than a MYSQL-based setup. The output of postconf -n is below:

Code:
alias_database = hash:/etc/aliases
alias_maps = hash:/etc/aliases
command_directory = /usr/sbin
config_directory = /etc/postfix
daemon_directory = /usr/libexec/postfix
debug_peer_level = 2
html_directory = no
inet_interfaces = all
mail_owner = postfix
mailbox_size_limit = 0
mailq_path = /usr/bin/mailq.postfix
manpage_directory = /usr/share/man
message_size_limit = 0
mydestination = $myhostname, localhost.$mydomain, localhost
newaliases_path = /usr/bin/newaliases.postfix
queue_directory = /var/spool/postfix
readme_directory = /usr/share/doc/postfix-2.3.3/README_FILES
relayhost =
sample_directory = /usr/share/doc/postfix-2.3.3/samples
sendmail_path = /usr/sbin/sendmail.postfix
setgid_group = postdrop
unknown_local_recipient_reject_code = 550
Once other thing I did from telnet was to to do a: AUTHENTICATE PLAIN TEXT, but got the response: authentication not enabled. This seems odd given use of SASL module.

I've checked the mysql db and email user and domain are present. I'm sure it is obvious, but I haven't done much with postfix before.

Thanks,
Matt
