Yes, if your ISPConfig server is the authoritative name server for your domain. Take a look here: http://www.howtoforge.com/ispconfig_dns_godaddy
Of course you don't need to run your own name servers, instead you could let your registrar handle all this. In that case you don't need ISPConfig's DNS Manager.

I followed the instructions on this site
http://www.howtoforge.com/ispconfig_dns_godaddy but after everything, when i key in the command ns1.mydomain.com i get this err ''connection timed out; no servers could be reached''
