You can try to install the module manually in a newer version. Remove the one from debian:

apt-get remove --purge libnetaddr-ip-perl

then start the perl shell:

perl -MCPAN -e shell

and inside the perl shell install it with the command:

install NetAddr::IP

to quit the perl shell when the install is done, press "q".

Then recreate the /root/ispconfig directory before you try to update ispconfig again:

mkdir /root/ispconfig
