I don't know the 1&1 interface, but I guess you must enter something like ns1.chelsev.com, ns2.chelsev.com, ns3.chelsev.com (if available).
I don't know what the advanced ip address "A record" is - maybe it's the glue record?

You should install ISPConfig and then create the DNS records for chelsev.com so that they exist when you tell 1&1 that you want to use your own name servers for chelsev.com.
