Add ,usrjquota=aquota.user,grpjquota=aquota.group,jqfm t=vfsv0 to the /var partition in /etc/fstab and then run

touch /var/aquota.user /var/aquota.group
chmod 600 /var/aquota.*
mount -o remount /var

quotacheck -avugm
quotaon -avug
