Default Fedora 12 - Strage problem - Freezes

Hi to all,

I have a P4, with Intel Celeron dual core 3.06 GHz, 1 GB RAM, 80GB HDD and Fedora release 12 Constantine on it.
The HUGE problem is that the system hang's-up. Last time was an hour ago after it worked almost 12 hours whitout problems.
When it hang's up i can't acces any service on it, can't use any commands (dowsn't matter if i am allready connected via SSH or directly on the server)
The only problems i could find in the log's are in dmesg:

Code:
