I don't think the setup ran in install mode, it never asked me about where everything was... There are two .tar.gz files and .sql file in /tmp/ but the sql file is really small and the tar ball that should be ispconfig rather then the user files is also very very small. In /root/ there's only certs.

If it ran in install mode shouldn't all the user files and logins be gone too?!

If I now start using this install of ispconfig2 will it overwrite the existing logins? I have only changed admin password from it for now. I mean if I recreate the situation I had...will it make things even worse? Everything is fine but ispconfig is nullified, that's the main problem.
Can't it recreate the rules/settings I had put from the raw confs of my system? Even firewall rules still apply as ispconfig says there none.
