Anyway i dunno why it doesnt work... forget it :|
I added extra HDD on my desktop, installed Ubuntu server, icecast2 and ices2 and it works perfect... i can get to my stream from outside internet

now the rest of work is make the same on "server pc" xD cause i know how to make it running :P
