I'm upgrade to ubuntu 9.10 with ISPConfig 2 and encountered a major problem (for me atleat) where I'm unable to connect to my database. When accessing my site I get " Database Error: Unable to connect to the database. Could not connect to MySQL." when I try the ISPConfig panel the error is " The server is not responding ( or the local MySQL server's socket is not correctly configured)". I can stop mysql but get an error when I restart or force-reload get the error of missing /var/run/mysqld/mysqld.sock. Also realize that /../../../mysqld.pid is missing too.

Been reading and searching but can't seem to get any help. this only happen after upgrade Ubuntu.
