m411b FYI my FormMail statement "/usr/sbin/sendmail" is correct for my installation.
The problem now seems to be one of permissions.
My first attempt at sending a form resulted in an "unknown mailbox" rejection. FormMail was set to "webmaster@domain" and there was no webmaster mailbox set in ISPC. There is a "mail@domain" mailbox.

Is a smtp password required? There is no provision for a password in FormMail.
