If you want to use ssl for a site, you will have to assign a dedicated IP for this site by adding the IP under system and then select the IP for the website. Please be aware that you will not be able to access webmail o phpmyadmin trogh this IP anymore as it is assigned to this website now. A solution is to add a new website for webmail or phpmyadmin and then install a copy of phpmyadmin and squirrelmail into this site.
