Ok, please open /etc/xinetd.d/imap, /etc/xinetd.d/imaps, /etc/xinetd.d/ipop2 and /etc/xinetd.d/ipop3 and put

disable = yes
into each of them. Then do this:

/etc/init.d/xinetd restart
/etc/init.d/dovecot restart
