Falko is one of the authors of ispconfig and not a vhcs developer
So maybe you should ask the vhcs guys if they do not provide good installation instructions for their software.
By the way, the ispconfig 3 perfect server is so easy because all the configuration steps are builtin the ispconfig installer so that it is not nescessary to configure any services manually anymore.
