I've used several

http://servername/websvn
http://servername/websvn/

both of which return a 301 Repository moved response

and

http://servername/websvn/svn_project_a
http://servername/websvn/svn_project_a/
http://servername/websvn/svn_project_b
http://servername/websvn/svn_project_b/

which return a 405 Method not allowed response
