OK none of that worked.

FreshClam is already running!
ISPConfig system is now up and running!
Same results.
Is this where you tell me to start over from scratch?
The (:81 is what doesn't work) When you go to
https://lendingtreez.com or
https://70.36.164.127 they both work. Add the (:81) and nothing!
I have followed all steps to the "T"
