Try something like this:

ssh -i somekey -L 4444:111.111.111.111:4444 myuser@111.111.111.111 -N -f

This tunnels B's port 4444 to remote port 444, so now B's could connect using its local port 4444

P4PORT=222.222.222.222:4444
