Maybee use the www as root dir.
You can only have one administrator user per website that has access to the web root.

The thing with many e-mail users under one domain is that it gets so messy.
I can`t seem to find a vay to sort them alfabeticly or search real names etc.
That`s not a problem in the beginning, but when there`s a lot of users I think it`s almoast impossible to manage.
Any tips?.
Email suers cant be sorted or searched in ISPConfig 2.

Another thing I noticed is that when i delete a e-mail account from ISPconfig, the files in the filesystem remain. Does this have to be done manualy, or is there a way to delete them too?.
The files will be deleted when you remove the email account from the reycle bin by emptying the recycle bin.

Get ISPConfig support and the ISPConfig 3 manual from ispconfig.org.
