I did the tutorial 2-3 times without problems...

Seems like a privilege issue you have...

Did you run everything under root?

Try this :

chmod o= /etc/postfix/mysql-virtual_*.cf
chgrp postfix /etc/postfix/mysql-virtual_*.cf
