Yeah, I can't find step-by-step instructions too... From ISPConfig' site has a webmail.zip file which contains 3 files:
webmail.tar.gz
nav.inc.php << what can do this file?
package.inc << and this???
But I'm lucky... because UebiMiau has a Bulgarian translation
