Your /etc/apt/sources.list is wrong. It should contain only

Code:
rpm ftp://ftp.gwdg.de/pub/linux/suse/apt/ SuSE/9.3-i386 base update security
as described on http://www.howtoforge.com/perfect_setup_suse_9.3_p4.

Please change that and run
Code:
apt-get update
afterwards.
