I have solved my problem after reading more installation problems and suggested solutions on this form posts.
In the installation manual only the install folder
/tmp/install_ispconfig is required to be deleted before reinstalling on a non-complete installation. But this time I have deleted below folders as well (it was suggested in an other post):
/home/admispconfig
/root/ispconfig
This time everything was OK.
