The only thing that stands out to me is on line 74;
'"$go_info["server"]["server_url"] = 'https://'.$_SERVER['HTTP_HOST'];'
and possibly line 76;
'$go_info["server"]["server_url"] = "https://server1.swerfordheath.com:81";'
