I integrated DSpam into Postfix as a content filter:

Code:
[Postfix] (LMTP) -> [DSPAM]                     [Postfix] -> { Delivery }
                       |___ (SMTP Reinjection) ____|
because then I don't have to care about any setuid permissions.
