In facto I've read another post about uninstalling webmail with:

rm -rf /home/admispconfig/ispconfig/web/webmail
rm -rf /home/admispconfig/ispconfig/web/tools/tools/webmail
rm -rf /home/admispconfig/ispconfig/temp/webmail
And then reinstalled with the update manager. Same thing.
